Franklin County Inmate Profile

For a public visit or kiosk use, the detention page identifies the Mike Green Center entrance at the jail's double glass doors as the jail lobby entrance. For incident-report pickup, the FAQ points to the Sheriff's Administrative Office in the Larry H. Plott Administrative Annex and says the report subject should bring photo ID.

Mail should be addressed to the inmate at the Walnut Gate Road jail address and must include the sender's name and return address. Franklin County Jail vs Prison
A Franklin County jail booking is not the same as a state prison record. The county detention center holds people booked into local custody, including pretrial detainees, local sentenced jail inmates, holds for other agencies, and recent releasees on the 48-hour release list.
