Booking Charges vs Court Charges

Bond Warrants and Court Records
Bond information starts at the jail but can change after court appearances. Franklin County's detention page lists cash bond, property bond, and bail bondsman as the local bond methods. Cash bond is paid at the clerk's office inside the courthouse, with the receipt brought to the jail. Property bond requires a property assessment printout from the Revenue Commissioner's office and jail review. Bail bondsman bonds must come through companies licensed in Franklin County, and the sheriff page says ten percent of the bond goes to the bondsman.
Warrants also cross the jail and court systems. Official research did not locate a complete public active-warrant search by name. Sealed Expunged Arrest Records
Public access rules have limits.
